You will see Charles Anderson all around the dealership! He greets you at you car, he drives the shuttle, and generally helps around the dealership wherever he can!
James Behrens can be seen 4 days a week driving our shuttle van all over the Greater Jacksonville area.

Mike Gillean is our Parts Manager. He has been with us at this store for over 6 years!
Bill Wuerfel is our parts specialist that cane to us in the spring of 2011. He has a varied background in European parts. Before coming to Volvo, he specialized in Volkswagen parts!

Calvin Eichner is one of 4 Expert Level technicians in the state of Florida! That is the highest rating a Volvo technician can receive!
This is not the James Taylor that sings, but this is our James Taylor who will make your Volvo sing. James is one of our 3 Master Technicians in the shop. He has been with us for over 32 years!
Ray Tuck is another one of our Master Technicians. He is always working hard under the hood to keep your Volvo in tip top shape!
Keith Hoglund brings his Volvo experience to Florida from Upstate New York. He has been working with our product for over 8 years!
Daniel is our newest junior technician. He graduated in 2010 at the Nashville Auto Diesel College. He has been on on our team since the summer of 2011.
Phil Statkus comes to us via The Motor City. He has been with us since the summer of 2010. He is Volvo Quality Certified.
Dan Eichner is our third Volvo Master Technican who has been here for over 30 years! (He's a little camera shy)
Duncan Jones has been working on Volvo's for more tha 15 years! He has been at O'Steen Volvo for over 6 years, and is a Quality Certified Volvo Technician.
