A Message from O'Steen Volvo Cars on COVID-19

To all of our Customers and Friends,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several weeks monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.  For O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville, that means understanding how it impacts our employees, customers and community, and then making the necessary adjustments to our store and daily operations.  At this time, we are open during regular business hours.

We want you to know that O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville has undertaken specific measures to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and vendors.

What we are doing:

We are closely following the Center for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on steps we can take to help prevent the spread of this virus.

We have ramped up cleaning services at our store and added hand sanitizers throughout the building.  We are currently disinfecting all hard surfaces, all phones, keyboards, computers, desks, doors, rugs, door handles and other objects that people could touch or come into contact with throughout the day.

We take the safety of our customers and employees very seriously and we want you to know that O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville is a place you can come to and know that you're in a sanitary environment.  We are making sure all possible measures are taken to protect our customers.

If you prefer an alternative to coming into the dealership, shop online, pick out the car you like and we will bring it to YOU to test drive and check out. We will even deliver the final paperwork to YOU at your house to sign!

Our customers are our top priority and we are here to help and assist you any way we can.
